The following payment methods are Accepted
• All major credit and debit cards
• Directly through your PayPal account
• In some countries, local payment methods can be supported, [here])(#edit-payment-details).
The following payment methods are Not accepted
• Checks
• Cash
• purchase or money orders
• Any payment that must be mailed
• Payment over the phone
Adding or Changing a Credit Card
• You can link a credit card to your account by going to Purchases → Billing History in your profile settings.
• Scroll down to Manage Your Credit Cards section. Select Add Credit Card
• On the next page, fill in the card details. Then select Save Card.
Payments Using a PayPal Account
You can use a Paypal account to make purchases
• PayPal account only can be connected for the first time an upgrade is purchased, or when your upgrade is being renewed.
• A backup funding source (for instance, a verified credit card number or bank account) connected to your PayPal account is also needed, even if you have funds in that account, because payments for WordPress.com subscriptions are recurring, When your upgrade is getting close to expire date, a red Renew Now button will appear in Manage Purchases page. It is shown as below picture:
As you continue and select the Renew Now button, you can use Paypal account to renew your upgrade:
Additional Local Payment Options
In specific countries will different payment methods: • Belgium: Bancontact
• Brazil: Bank transfers with selected banks for all plans and monthly payment for Business Plan new purchases only.
• China: Alipay, WeChat Pay
• Germany: Giropay
• The Netherlands: iDEAL
• Poland: Przelewy24 (P24)
Edit Payment Details
In case you need to review and update your payment information, go to Purchases page.
The following steps will require you to sign into your WordPress.com account. If you forget your account password, please follow the instructions in Account Recovery to recover your login details.

Get to your Profile by clicking the avatar at the top right of your WordPress.com dashboard Manage Purchases.

In here, choose you the upgrade that you want to display its specific information. Select ** Edit Payment Method** so as to review and update your payment information.
In case your credit card is getting close to expire date, a notice will display at the top of the page, and from there, you can also select the link to update your payment information
The Edit Payment Method button will not be available and your purchases can not be applied anymore after the expiration if you are not subscribed them currently.
The purchases can be subscribed again. Remember to save your payment information and extend the purchase by selecting Renew Now in the blue notice on top.

Where can I change my stored credit card details?
Your Credit card details for a purchase can be changed by choosing that purchase in Manage Purchase. After that, click *Edit Payment Method.
How can I see my billing history and obtain a receipt?
Your billing history can be found in Billing History page.
How do WordPress.com purchases appear on my credit or bank statement?
Charges from WordPress.com will be shown as one the following:
• WPCHRG.COM
• Akismet
• dotBlog
• Jetpack
• Crowdsignal
• WooCommer
• WP VIP
• Automatt
Will my purchase renew automatically?
Your WordPress.com plans and any domains which are added to your sites are based on a yearly subscription that renews automatically about one month prior to expiration. It can be canceled at any time if you do not want your subscription to be renewed.
How can I get a refund?
You will receive a refund for any purchase within the first 30 days, with the exception of domain registrations. Domain registrations can be refunded within the first 48 hours after purchase. During cancellation period, you are able to request a cancellation and refund from the Manage Purchases page. Otherwise, please contact support. You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After the processes, it normally takes about 5-10 business days for refunds to appear on your statement.
