If you are confident in your blogs, you can add a rating system so that readers can rate the quality of your content and reflects the achievements you had for your blogs.

1. Create a rating
At the very first step, log into your Crowdsignal account. For someone who has not known this yet, direct to the link https://crowdsignal.com and click the Login button on the top-right corner.
Afterward, there will be a drop-down list that appears with a wide range of choices for you. Click the Create a new… button and then select the Rating part.
You will be given the privilege to set your rating a name. Just type what you want in a box under the Rating Widget Name section
Then, you need to choose the size and the color of the stars in your Rating Size box. In case you want something more unique than just common stars, you can also replace it with an image URL in the box.
Next, we will move to the Rating Type box, there will be two options for you: 5-Star Rating and Nero Rating. If you don’t know, ‘Nero’ style includes thumbs up and down button. In this case, select the 5-Star Rating.
Look at the right side of the screen, there will be a preview of your rating whenever you make changes in your settings.
2. Edit rating fonts and default text
If you think your rating still need customizing in your own way, select Edit Styles. Under that part, there are different choices for you to make in order to customize the text. Specifically, they are:
- Change your text in bold or italic form.
- Set the size of your rating text.
- Select a typeface for your rating.
- Choose the color for your line.
- Edit the space between the text and the stars, which is called line height in a short way.
- Align the text position like left, right, or center, relative to the stars.
- Customize your text appearance like on the top, on the right or beneath the rating.
In addition to that, you are also capable of customizing all the default phrases associated with the rating. That is to say, you can enter the phrases in the language you choose then the text will be set in another language.
Finally, hitting the Save Rating Widget button is the last step that you need to do to add your rating widget successfully to your blog.
3. Place the widget on your site
Now you must insert the rating that you created to your site. From your site, click Collect Votes.
