Instead of coupons, referrers can now receive points as their rewards. This new type of redemption is more flexible and will engage customers to repeat their referrals more often.
Limit products can earn points by condition
In our latest update, some products like Gift Cards can no longer earn rewards. Therefore, Joy has made some improvements that help merchants set which product can or can not earn rewards via placing orders.
Thank you Page Signup Widget
With Joy’s new “Signup Widget” feature, merchants can now set up a Thank you Page widget to recommend their customers sign up for an Online store account and get rewards right after purchasing.
