Collecting customers’ reviews at the right time is important. With this integration, you can send emails to thank customers, for their orders and then ask for reviews after a few days they got their orders.

The workflows are pre-built in AVADA with content and wait time are proven to work, users just need to enable it and start collecting reviews.

Send Follow up emails after customers left reviews

Send Thank you email after customers left reviews will show your professionalism and enhance customer relationships.

You can set the conditions to send thank you emails to 4,5-star reviews and another email to apologize and ask for further information if reviews are not good.

This way, you can send the relevant messages to the right audiences and make sure you satisfy all clients.
